Are you an Employment Solicitor with and have your sights on Partnership in the next few years? A full-service City law firm is looking for a 5-6 PQE Employment Solicitor.

The firm are ranked in Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and has a small but growing team. This is the ideal role if you're looking to join a leading City firm and be a senior member of the team, helping play an active part in business development. You'll have worked as an Employment Solicitor in a City or national law firm:

What You'll Need
* 5-6 PQE as an Employment Solicitor from a City or national law firm
* Excellent communication skills
* Desire to participate in business development
* Strong academics with a 2:1 from a good University

What you'll be doing as an Employment Solicitor
* Employment Tribunal claims covering unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination
* TUPE advice and drafting
* Assisting on strategic HR matters, including restructures and outsourcing
