We are assisting multiple law firms throughout Australia in their recruitment drive, may of whom are keen to attract returning Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers from overseas (as well as exceptional UK lawyers considering a long-term move).

Of particular interest at this time are first rate senior lawyers with 3-8yrs+ years post qualified experience in domestic & international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, managed funds work and real estate and infrastructure transactions, particulalry those that have worked extensively with investment funds, financial institutions, fund managers, real estate investment trusts, real estate companies and infrastructure funds.

The successful applicants will benefit from significant exposure to clients and play a leading role on key aspects of transactions, including first chair negotiations and drafting.
