Leading Bermudian law firm, recognised as punching well above its weight, seeks an ambitious associate with between 5-7 years post qualified experience gained across a range of corporate & finance transactions. While previous offshore experience welcome, it is not essential for this opportunity, so our client would be keen to hear from common law qualified lawyers that are keen to build a rewarding career in the Caribbean.
Technically strong with the ability to communicate effectively, the successful applicant will become involved in a range of matters, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, shipping and aviation finance, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, banking and international real estate finance, structured finance, as well as regulatory and legislative compliance.
