OUR CLIENT

We have a role for a a commercial lawyer c NQ - 2 PQE to join a successful international team based in the London HQ.

THE ROLE

Due to a programme of expansion, we have a new role fro a NQ Solicitor to join a well respected vibrant business based in central London

The post holder will report to the Head of Legal, and will be expected to work as part of a collegiate team as a trusted legal adviser to the business and the Group worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of legal and commercial support to senior management and stakeholders, negotiating client contracts. The core work areas will include the following:

Commercial contracts,

Technology agreements

IP matters

Management of potential litigation

Risk management and training in house

Liaison with external advisers where appropriate

The Candidate

This is an ideal role for a candidate looking to develop an in house career, gaining first rate work experience working alongside other lawyers. The role offers a good work life balance and exposure to a broad workload.

Candidates will be expected to be at the NQ - 2 PQE level, ideally from a leading law firm/ in house legal function with sound commercial skills.
