Job Details
The firm is friendly and collegiate; they subscribe fully to the work:life balance ethos, however they are also commercial, ambitious and actively seeking to expand their IP Disputes group.
They are also hiring on account of succession, so whilst they will expect a BD track record, and if joining at partner level, at least a moderate level of portable business, there is current clients and caseload to pass on. They will also consider a senior associate looking for a fast partner track (c.1 year).
The team handle a broad range of IP Disputes, mostly soft, but also some hard IP. Any data protection experience is a big plus. They attract work from the UK, US and Western Europe.
The firm will provide autonomy and a platform to build the practice together with a high degree of latitude to shape things as you want. Freedom, support, good client contact.
