THE ROLE:
A role has arisen within for a proactive corporate and finance lawyer to join a renowned team with an outstanding reputation working with global financial institutions.
You will handle a wide range of international corporate and finance transactions and advise on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore world.
ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will be a qualified corporate and finance lawyer NQ-5PQE with exceptional academics (Degree 2:1 or above) who will have trained at a top City or International law firm.
You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to develop client relationships within a demanding environment.
You will be client focussed, articulate and confident and dedicated to developing an offshore career.
