Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join one of the most dynamic corporate teams in Yorkshire.
You will be joining a Top 50 award winning Law Firm highly rated for Corporate, working closely with friendly approachable Partners who offer high quality work, both national and international deals.
The Leeds team sits within the national corporate team of this leading top 50 practice. The team provides the full spectrum of corporate services including M&A, corporate finance, private equity joint ventures, fundraising, general shareholder agreements, capital markets, and general corporate advisory work
You will be part of a growing team which advises a broad range of clients, ranging from new start-ups, through to substantial private companies and PLCs, on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions, including IPOs, MBOs, fundraisings, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and acquisitions and disposals.
