The role


This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the friendliest firms based in Brighton, East Sussex.


In this role you will be working directly alongside an experienced partner, gaining fantastic caseload exposure whilst allowing you to work autonomously when required. You will be working within one of the region's most reputable teams, dealing with HNW individuals, local business and SME's.


Examples of caseload may include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work.


The variety of work will make for an interesting role, this role comes with good prospects for career progression.


Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and applications are invited from the most experienced candidates as the team is growing)
  • You will have good technical credentials and a passion for real estate work
  • You will work well in a team and have excellent communication skills
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
