Associate/Senior Associate Level
Leeds
I am working with a leading commercial practice in Leeds who are known for their excellent work, excellent clients and excellent culture who are looking for a Senior Associate to join them in their Commercial Property team in the city centre.
The firm nationwide has a reputation for being recognised year on year for having one of the best working cultures nationally with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, and support & training.
You will be working alongside one of West Yorkshire's leading Real Estate lawyers who is Partner and heads up the team in Leeds and has worked at leading national and international practices. The scope of the work is incredibly varied, and you will be acting for household names advising developers, property investors, and corporate occupiers on development matters, landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals, general property management, corporate support and banking and finance support (property related).
This role would either be suitable for an experienced Associate looking for a move to Senior Associate or an existing Senior Associate looking to move to a forward-thinking practice that looks after it's staff in a refreshingly inclusive and non-stuff environment. Those with a minimum of 5 years PQE are likely to be of the right level of experience for the team and level of work.
Salary is competitive with the rest of the Leeds commercial market depending on candidate experience and there are great benefits with the ability to pick and choose benefits that are suitable to you inc a generous pension, enhanced paternity, maternity and adoption pay, all staff EQUAL bonus on the Firm's overall performance, extra days leave for wedding, religious holidays and house moves.
