£35,000 + DOE
PQE: NQ-3
A new vacancy has arisen with a top Commercial Property/Real Estate department in Newbury. They seek an NQ-3 PQE Commercial Property/Real Estate Lawyer to join a department to work alongside established names in the commercial property sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who has recently qualified up to around the three years of experience mark. The team handle a wide variety of work for medium to large size companies including:
- Sales & acquisitions
- Landlord & tenant
- Commercial Leases
- Property management work
- The property aspects of corporate transactions.
Individuals with a keen interest in development matters would be ideal. The role provides the opportunity to progress and have client contact as well as being part of a well run, committed team who enjoying working together. You will provided by excellent hands on training with experts in their field.
