Inheritance Tax Solicitor - In House Opportunity

Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with experience of Inheritance Tax to join this small In House practice based in Salford Quays. You will need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience and have an approachable manner with clients.

This position will primarily focus on dealing with a Inheritance Tax Planning and how this will affect your estate. You will be expected to deal with a full caseload and deal with complexities involving business of foreign assests, as well as issues such as: inheritance tax planning and estate planning, non-domicile and international inheritance tax, filing inheritance tax returns and charity donations. Your client base will also be varied and see you deal with local clients as well as more affluent clients on a national scale. They put client & staff happiness at the top of their agenda!

A steady flow of work has already been established and therefore you will not be bogged down with duties such as business development and client referrals. This firm have a fantastic working environment and have an flexible & 'grown up' working policy.
