Corporate Senior Associate / Partner

The London office of this mid-size international law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Partner to join the highly regarded Corporate Team. This is an exciting opportunity within a growing practice to be part of a dynamic team within an outstanding firm that strives to be the best in industry and is committed to the development of its people. The Corporate Team acts for high quality clients across a range of sectors and geographies, increasingly with an international element. Typical clients will range from entrepreneurs through to quoted companies.

As a successful candidate, you will have strong M&A experience, ideally gained working with entrepreneurial businesses. You will be responsible for assisting the existing team members with servicing their clients and continuing the development and growth of the team. As a senior member of our team, you will have strong delegating skills and enjoy supervising and developing junior members of the team, allowing you to take on high levels of responsibility and lead transactions with the team partners.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to build their own stable of growing businesses in the technology space and take responsibility for client work and relationships. In addition to broad technical knowledge of corporate law and transactions, the team is looking for an ambitious lawyer who can demonstrate a passion for working with entrepreneurial clients and add value by providing practical and commercial advice.
