- Well established 3-partner corporate team, supported by a number of solicitors, offering the full range of corporate services
- M&A work, disposals and exits, investment deals, business structures and reorganisations, share placings, takeovers, IPOs
- Corporate governance work
- Support on acquisition finance work
- Regional and national client base

What would your role be?
- Handle your own caseload of broad-ranging corporate matters as above
- Work as part of a team or supporting a partner on larger more complex matters
- Get involved in networking events, seminars and client meetings
- Effectively manage your WIP within this stimulating but demanding practice area
- Continue to develop your technical, client care and business development skills
- Grow your client relationships and develop your career within a growing corporate team
