THE FIRM:
Our client is a major UK law firm working within a diverse range of business sectors.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a talented banking lawyer to join a highly successful banking team to specialise in working with real estate finance with a varied client base from asset based lenders to main clearing banks.
You will be advising banks, lenders, fund managers and corporate and institutional clients on all aspects of real estate finance and security issues.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a banking lawyer 3-5PQE with solid experience gained in the banking/real estate financé sector in a firm renowned for real estate finance work.
You will have strong academics, a committed approach and the ability to work under pressure.
You will have solid experience of working on complex domestic and international banking matters in a real estate finance context.
