Interim Employment Lawyer - Private Practice - Kent- 3+ PQE
Following a recent influx in demand, we are currently enrolling Employment Lawyers for prospective interim/temporary roles in Private Practice within Kent. This would be the ideal role for those pursuing greater flexibility, a work life balance and excellent remuneration.
The successful applicant must have experience juggling a mixed caseload comprising both contentious and non-contentious matters including:
- Unfair and Wrongful Dismissal
- Equal Pay issues
- Complex Disciplinary cases
- Drafting employee contracts
- Compiling Employee Handbooks
The bulk of the caseload will be in advising Respondent Corporate Clients but you will on occasion have to advise Employees.
As candidates will be expected to work autonomously with minimal supervision, a proactive nature is essential. Familiarity with case management systems and experience working on a temporary basis would be preferable but is by no means a prerequisite.
The ideal candidate should be available immediately or at short notice and be hungry for the opportunity to develop themselves professionally.
