The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Partner into their office in Bury St Edmunds

You will work on a range of Commercial Property matters, both contentious and non-contentious. The firm are expanding at a steady rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial team. You will be encouraged to work collaboratively with the other departments, including Corporate Commercial where you will benefit from referred business.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.

The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the senior management team, confident working in an autonomous position with a keen interest in business development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a heavy hitting regional firm with a fresh outlook.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Partner with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of commercial property matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development, with a transportable client base an advantage
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
