The Firm

A leading mid-market National practice with offices throughout the UK are growing their reputable Real Estate team. The Legal 500 rated department is a core part of their business and roughly equates to 35% of their turnover. The department has significantly grown in recent years with a number of key lateral hires. It's certainly a key area which has gone from strength to strength and widely recognised in the market. They are a commercially focused, dynamic and entrepreneurial practice and have recently moved into brand new prestigious offices based in Manchester City Centre. The office is spacious, modern and vibrant and they are close to all methods of public transport.

The Role

The Real Estate team act for a variety of clients including Investors, UK landowners, local authorities, commercial landlords and corporate occupiers and large retailers. The work is high quality and varied including renewable, nuclear and mainstream energy clients. You will join an experienced and widely recognised team made up of excellent real estate lawyers. A market leading salary, benefits package and also the opportunity to receive a substantial joining bonus are available with this opportunity. Although a National firm, they will pay International salaries for the right individuals.

Requirements:
* You will be a Real Estate Partner with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
* You will be a technically strong lawyer, with experience of working within a high calibre department
* The successful individual will be commercial focused, dynamic and entrepreneurial with an appetite to further develop their practice
* Supervisory and mentorship experience is desirable but not essential
