Legal Counsel – Central London

A fast-growing gaming and sports betting company based in Central London is looking for an ambitious commercial lawyer to join their growing team.

Reporting to the head of legal, the role will involve providing commercial legal support to marketing and advertising teams. Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial legal contract matters such as software licence agreements, service agreements and brand partnership agreements.
• Working closely with Marketing and advertising teams to draft and advise on advertising agreements, marketing agreements and sponsorship agreements and sales promotions.

Experience working on Ad-Tech issues, programmatic agreements and b2c marketing agreements is essential for this role. Candidates will ideally have between 2-5 years of post-qualification experience and have trained in either a top law firm or well-regarded in-house team.
