Our client is a forward looking law firm in the City of London with an excellent reputation. The practice is full service with many highly regarded partners undertaking high quality work. The firm is well managed and growing steadily.

The Property group has strong Commercial Real Estate and Residential Property team. They now seek to hire an experienced Residential Property partner to join them and bolster their offering. The team is a core area of the firm and collegiate in culture. The team advises a range of clients including private individuals, HNW's and investors on the Residential side. They deal with all aspects of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold enfranchisement, new builds and short term lettings together with associated tax planning and inheritance issues.

The ideal candidate will likely be a Residential Property partner having gained a broad experience of Residential Property work with a good network of referrers and track record of generating work and adept at dealing with high-value residential transactions, HNW's and investors.
