PRIVATE EQUITY c.3-5pqe - INTERNATIONAL MID-MARKET FIRM

Our client, a highly regarded International mid-market firm, is seeking a highly motivated senior associate to join its widely recognised Private Equity team within the Corporate group. With a large international presence, their focus is mainly top end mid-market deals. They have a client roster boasting some of the best Private Equity houses within the mid-market.

The team's private equity work spans across a broad range of activities, which includes structured PE funds, acquisition finance, tax planning, leveraged transactions, capital market transactions, buy-outs and buy-ins, public to private transactions, exit strategies, trade sales or secondary buyouts and cross-border structurings for setting up new funds and investment vehicles.

The role will be predominantly private equity, coupled with some more broad based corporate/M&A work (often with a tech focus). The successful candidate will be UK qualified with between 3-5 pqe gained at a top City or US firm. Dynamic partnership, great career opportunities and competitive salary.
