Job Details
This highly popular international firm is looking for a junior level commercial projects associate with experience of or an interest in the energy sector. The firm's involvement in the energy sector is longstanding and broad-based. The team you will be working with in London and internationally are considered leading experts in cleantech and renewables.
The successful candidate will work on commercial contracts for a broad range of non-contentious energy matters. A key area of focus will be in cleantech and renewables, working on leading projects for the public and private sector both in the UK and internationally. In addition the role will include participating in infrastructure projects across a range of sectors.
Candidates must have a desire to be working for a truly international firm on cross boarder matters. You will need to show a passion for commercial and regulatory law in the energy and infrastructure sector and solid experience as a commercial contracts lawyer. Exposure to commercial and regulatory issues relating to the energy sector, green economy regulation or projects experience will also be welcomed. Someone around the 1-2 PQE level will fit in to the team well but they will be flexible for the right candidate.
