Senior Paralegal - Immediate Start!

A global financial services advisory and analytics organization is looking for a Senior Paralegal to join their business on a 3 month contract commencing immediately based from their office in central London. This role is offered on a fixed term contract basis with potential to extend.

Reporting to the Head of Legal you will be responsible for: 

• Drafting and negotiating NDAs
• Preparing first draft agreements/internal agreements based on pre-agreed templates
• Assisting with reviewing and negotiating terms of business
• Dealing with the execution of agreements which involves liaising and following up with counter parties, law firms and internal stakeholders
• Answering queries and managing the process of updating all financial services related documentation

To be considered for this role you will have completed LPC studies and have previous experience in a similar role as a Paralegal within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on fixed income, equities and lending. You will have a strong attention to detail coupled with a practical and adaptable approach.
