Residential Conveyancer

Are you currently working as a Residential Conveyancer, and would like the opportunity to develop yourself at a national firm in their Northampton office?

You would be working as a Residential Conveyancer for the leading provider of conveyancing services within the UK, who are recognised for providing an excellent service to customers and clients.

You will need to have previous experience of running a Conveyancing caseload with files in your own name and will need to be able to be flexible and empathetic when delivering client needs.

What will your role entail?

* You will be responsible for managing your own conveyancing caseload.

* You will be dealing with a variety of transactions to include sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold) and transfers of equity.

* You will be expected to provide an exceptional conveyancing service to clients, introducers and associates.

* You'll be dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of conveyancing transactions.

* Your role will also be streamlined with the use of state-of-the-art technology.
