Leading venture capital firm requires an additional lawyer to join a small team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will take responsibility for a number of the firm's interests across the payments, fintech and wealth management sectors. 50% of the activity is regulated by the FCA with the remaining 50% being unregulated. This business has ambitious global expansion plans and is seeking corporate lawyer to assist in the next stage of growth. Currently working at a leading law firm or in-house, you will be looking for a hands-on, broad ranging and business facing role that allows direct contact with the board. Any banking or capital markets experience is highly advantageous and you will have to review and negotiate some commercial contracts such as IT procurement contracts when the need arises....
