SALARY: £40,000 plus

THE ROLE:
The thriving and expanding team has identified the need for an additional Solicitor to undertake a wide range of real estate matters. Working in a team, you will be building upon your experience across all types of agriculture work including agricultural and business tenancies, farming partnerships, acquisition and disposal of agricultural land, farms and estates and also promotion, option and development agreements for landowners. The client base will be varied and the position offers plenty of direct client contact and the chance to build up long lasting relationships with clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has a genuine desire to build a career within agriculture work. This opportunity requires Solicitors or Legal Executive who have proven experience in dealing with unregistered title and some exposure to private client work. Although agricultural experience would be advantageous, individuals who have experience within commercial property law gained during their training contract would be highly recommended. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have gained experience in a large regional or high calibre firm renowned for their real estate offerings.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
Salary will be dependent on experience £40,000 plus. Benefits to include life assurance, pension scheme, bonus and annual leave.
