A fantastic new opportunity at a leading West Midlands practice who are seeking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to their Legal 500 listed department. Ideally you will have gained at least 8 years experience and have the ability to deal with complex transactional matters without supervision. This is an ideal opportunity for an existing Partner or Senior Associate to join an established team at a senior level.

The firms' Real Estate Team acts for a heavyweight list of clients which comprises multi-national corporations, national and international financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies as well as household name developer clients. The calibre of the firms' lawyers is second to none which is why this practice is highly regarded within the real estate sector

This appointment is specifically suited to an existing Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate with a minimum of 8 years' PQE, however an Associate looking to make a step up will also be considered. This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the region and you will have an abundance of face to face client contact. This position will suit an 'all round' commercial lawyer who is not only comfortable dealing with fee earning but also dealing with business development and ensuring every need for the client is taken care of.

Crucially, the culture at this firm is one of the primary reasons for its continued success and is fundamental to its ability to attract the best talent around.
