Role - In-house Commercial Solicitor

To support the company as it continues it meteoric growth, expansion and diversification, a brand new opportunity has arisen for an NQ-2 years' PQE solicitor to join the established legal team in Manchester.

As part of the team, the In-house Commercial Solicitor will principally focus on commercial and contractual work. This will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, dealing with IP and advising on data protection and compliance matters. In addition, you will gain exposure to areas such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, litigation and employment law, and cross-border transactions.

About you

We are looking for a solicitor with NQ-2 years' PQE. Applications are invited from those with general commercial contracts, IT, IP, commercial litigation or similar commercial experience. In addition to strong advisory and drafting skills, you must have the ability to identify the commercial aspects of a legal problem and be able to communicate pragmatic solutions to help the business continue to its success.
