We have an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor 2+ PQE to join a fast growing software business
THE ROLE
The post holder will be expected to manage a varied workload providing both legal and commercial support to the business as follows:-
Corporate - M & A work
Drafting and negotiating commercial / technology agreements
Legal support in relation to business development, sales, promotions and advertisements.
Assist with corporate governance, compliance and risk management matters
Provide advice on M&A/Competition related activities
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this unique role , applicants must be able to demonstrate sound technical skills with a solid corporate background, ideally with some in house experience.
Individuals with corporate experience looking to broaden their commercial skills would be of particular interest
