THE ROLES
Within a team which specialises in cross-border, multi-jurisdictional and complex international disputes across a range of sectors including energy and natural resources, marine, infrastructure, trade and commodities and insurance.
The team conducts large scale arbitrations all over the world, irrespective of the governing law, the arbitral rules or the language of the arbitration.
ABOUT YOU
Working knowledge of English contract law and experience of contractual disputes.
Has project and client management responsibility on cases, playing a leading role in ensuring timely delivery to high quality standards.
Shows a good knowledge of legal developments in the field of international arbitration and is actively engaged in the broader arbitration community through attending relevant events and membership of arbitration organisations.
To be considered you will have an excellent academic track record and and will have trained at a leading UK or international law firm.
High quality post-qualification experience in international arbitration and litigation work in both domestic and international matters is important.
