Job Details
A leading national law firm based in London is seeking to add a Corporate Solicitor to its growing corporate team.
The Team
The corporate team advises clients on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity and public company transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and collaborations, in addition to advising on corporate governance and statutory and regulatory issues.
The Role
As a Corporate Solicitor expect a varied workload, working on a range of quality deals for major names in sectors such as oil and gas, renewable energy, financial services and insurance.
Ideal Candidate
The Corporate Solicitor will ideally be 4 years' PQE who has experience of working on Corporate matters within another leading law firm. Ideally this person will have trained at a leading national or London city firm. However the firm will consider applications from candidates coming from regional firms.
