Job Details
A global Private Bank are currently looking to add to their in-house legal team in London. The Bank's focus is on private banking for high net worth individuals and on investment management. They operate across the global but are headquartered in London.
The bank have over 20 lawyers in London and are looking to add to the team. The focus on this role will be to advise on matters relating to real estate finance. The key duties are as follows;
- Advising on matters relating to mortgages, banks accounts, private capital and structured property finance
- Drafting and maintaining documentation
- Actively being involved in process improvements
