COMMERCIAL & INSOLVENCY LITIGATION (CAYMAN) (7 - 10 PQE) (CIRCA £350,000) (UK GROSS COMPARATOR)

The litigation team of this market leading offshore firm is currently seeking an additional high calibre senior commercial litigator with between 7 and 10 years' PQE. You will need to be UK or Commonwealth admitted and have gained your experience at a major international law firm in London, Australia, New Zealand, Asia or Canada, or at a set of highly-regarded chancery/commercial chambers. Work will include insolvency, banking and financial disputes, funds disputes, fraud, asset-tracing, contractual disputes, professional negligence and trusts disputes. The work is often complex, of high value and multi-jurisdictional in nature.
