Job Details
We are working with a highly-regarded firm in the City that is looking for Restructuring & Insolvency associates to join the team.
The team acts for a wide range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, creditors, financial institutions and stakeholders, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
From a non-contentious standpoint, associates will advise on sales of insolvent companies’ business and assets while also advising buyers of distressed businesses. With respect to contentious work, associates will advise on matters relating to undervalue, misfeasance, asset recoveries and aspects of trusts disputes.
The successful candidate will be newly-qualified, right up to 3 years of PQE. The candidate must have prior Restructuring & Insolvency experience gained at a renowned firm in London or any other regional hub. Applications are welcome from trainees that have just or are due to qualify in September 2019 – they ought to have completed a training contract seat in Restructuring & Insolvency, although candidates with a Corporate or Commercial Litigation seat will also be considered.
