The Position:-
* Fixed Term Contract Opportunity - 12 months
* With leading Legal Services provider in central Bristol
* To work within Property & Contract Disputes team
* Role will involve handling Complaints for this team, but also for other teams such as in the areas of Personal Injury & Employment, specifically:-
-- Acknowledging complaints
-- Drafting complaint responses
-- Establishing cause of complaint
-- Assisting with the development of service improvement initiatives arising from the complaint data
* Start date ASAP (within the next month, ideally)
* This role is offered on a part time, 3 day a week basis (21 hours)
* Salary - £33,375 to £55,625 pro rata, DOE

The Ideal Candidate:-
* Will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/similarly qualified
* Will have a background in Dispute Resolution practice and therefore be familiar with the Civil Procedure rules and processes
* Will have previous complaints management experience and be able to able to work effectively with clients to resolve problems
* Will have a strong commitment to customer care and strong people skills
* Will be able to operate in a fast paced and commercial environment
* Will have good IT skills
