Our client, a well-established offshore firm in the Caribbean is now on a recruitment drive to add a strong senior lawyer to their growing funds practice.

Candidates of interest to the partners will have between 4 to 6 years’ post qualified experience either in a corporate, finance or funds team at a leading international firm or practice.  The firm would also be open to candidates relocating from the UK, Australia or New Zealand or one already domiciled in the Caribbean at a strong offshore name.

The funds practice at the firm assists on all aspects of investment funds, advising corporates, private equity houses, as well as trusts on various transactions, regulatory issues and additional matters throughout the fund life cycle.

This is an excellent opportunity open to lawyers interested in relocating to a prestigious offshore practice where exceptional work is readily available in a firm offering a positive work/life balance and collaborative culture.  This should also appeal to general banking/corporate lawyers interested in reskilling into funds, as the firm is open to these backgrounds.
