Duke and Rawson is an elite legal recruitment consultancy working with candidates looking for new roles at the top end of the London market.
We are presently working with an elite US firm on a role in their specialist private equity practice.
The role is open to applicants of between three to five years’ PQE.
Private equity experience is essential to apply. Candidates can have a broader practice having worked on other corporate transactions so long as they have a strong understanding of private equity deals, and are confident in working exclusively within this space in a new role. This experience should have been gained from a leading international US or UK firm in London.
The successful candidate will work with high profile clients on sophisticated private equity transactions being led by experienced and skilled partners who are highly-regarded in the industry.
This firm is also recognised as paying their lawyers top rates in the London market.
