Our client is perhaps THE firm in the region and including for their very strong Real Estate team which has a national profile and reputation. This is a role where you will work alongside two lead Partners and in particular this team undertakes a lot of cutting edge work across the mining, minerals and waste sectors which are huge parts of the economy in the region, so this is a rare opportunity to undertake exciting and challenging national quality work from a beautiful location and to develop a niche area of expertise within a broader, varied Commercial Property role.
The ideal candidate will perhaps have at least a couple of years of strong, relevant Commercial Property experience in their career to date and you will have genuine reasons for wanting to develop your career in Cornwall.. it may be a relocation with family or returning back home where you have ongoing family ties and connections.
There are excellent career progression prospects with this role and a very competitive basic salary, bonus structure and wider benefits package.
