SPECIALIST LEASEHOLD PROPERTY LAWYER

Forward thinking Legal 500 with a solid reputation and enviable portfolio of clients is seeking to expand their commercial property team.

The firm act for a range of clients across a broad range of sectors and now require an additional lawyer to join their property team.

The role will involve primarily handling leasehold enfranchisement and extension work including Leasehold Reform work acting for both Freeholders and Leaseholders.

Ideally, you will be an experienced Solicitor or CILEx that has built up experience of running a caseload relating to Leasehold Property work and an excellent understanding of Leasehold Reform. You will be expected to play a part within business development and marketing and the continued development of this aspect of the firm.
