The White-Collar team work on headline grabbing and complex investigations throughout Asia and are at the forefront of developments in the marketplace.
The successful candidate will be primarily engaged in leading teams on corporate internal investigations and defending claims made against regulatory bodies on allegations of foul play as well as advising on co-operation matters and adequate procedures to protect against bribery and corruption.
