My client, a global law firm offering a good work/life balance and high quality work, require a Corporate Associate to join their top tier team in London.
With an impressive clientele ranging from FTSE 100 companies to reputable social media sites, the successful candidate will work closely with the partners on a range of ECM (AIM/main market), Public M&A (specifically Takeover Code) and Private M&A transaction. As the role will offer high levels of direct client contact, the firm are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Corporate Associate who is at least 3PQE at a leading firm.
