An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation for their employment and benefits team. Based in Berkshire, this employment team frequently advise on high-profile and high-value matters including: discrimination claims; whistle-blowing; unfair dismissal; restrictive covenants; and settlement agreements, in addition to some cmore general corporate support issues.

We would like to speak with individuals who have a genuine appetite for business development and are eager to promote their name, the team and the firm more generally through networking, seminars, talks, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal individual will have a minimum of two years experience gained within a private practice culture, and be able to demonstrate a consistently strong academic record. You should be self-motivated, organised, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. We are looking for a passionate Employment Solicitor who enjoys this area of the law and is eager to contribute to the growth of this relatively small team and expand their knowledge through CPD events and further training generally.
