The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity now exists for a lawyer (or potentially a paralegal with the LPC who is looking for a training contract) to join the in-house legal team in an entry-level position. You will play a key role in offering sound legal advice in a commercial way to the business. You will be involved with a wide range of matters, predominantly general commercial but also retail law, IP, marketing and advertising, compliance and data privacy as well as tech, digital and e-commerce. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, tackle a range of competing priorities, engage with creative and tech people and above all, be flexible and commercial in your approach.

About You

You must have completed the LPC and you will have some commercial contracts experience, either gained during your training contract or as a paraleglal. Any in-house experience being highly regarded but is not essential. You must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in working in retail in a professional capacity and the relevant skill-set to operate in a broad-ranging in-house position. Excellent interpersonal skills are also essential.
