Job Details
Well established law firm seeks to appoint an ambitious solicitor, NQ+ to join their regarded restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.
Our client is a forward thinking progressive firm with a team led, friendly and supportive culture. They have enjoyed an exceptional 2019 and are poised for further growth in 2020.
You will be an NQ (2019 qualified) or a solicitor with some post qualified experience in insolvency or corporate recovery work and you'll be keen to join this dedicated, well run Insolvency and Restructuring team. The team handles varied work covering corporate insolvency and restructuring, personal insolvency, LPA receiverships and company directors' disqualification proceedings. Clients include banks and other lenders, property investors, receivers, insolvency practitioners and company directors.
This is an excellent role offering exposure to a diet of interesting contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, the ideal platform to develop your career experience. You will have gained some experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice (if an NQ you will probably have at least one insolvency related seat under your belt) and you may already be based in Hertfordshire or seeking a move to the region from London or another regional centre.
