Experienced Commercial Disputes Solicitor required for a new role within a top-rated team and national firm based in Manchester.

The firm are a well-regarded commercial practice with a global reach and reputation for excellence. Their Commercial Litigation team in Manchester has enjoyed steady and sustained growth in recent years.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit Senior Associate team in Manchester.

They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5PQE in Commercial Litigation, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading city, national or regional firm recognised for Litigation.

It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial dispute. The cases span a wide-ranging spectrum of general commercial and corporate disputes and sector specific work including public law disputes (judicial review and procurement litigation) contractual and commercial disputes, professional negligence, injunctions, contentious insolvency matters and debt recovery. Some work may also have an international focus.
