We are looking to recruit for our leading South West law firm client, who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join their highly regarded, tier one ranked Legal 500 team in Exeter.
As a solicitor in the Commercial Property team at this firm, you will report directly to the Partners and work on a wide range of property work, primarily focusing on development matters in the Energy and Waste sector. The firm don't expect you to be an expert on all of their specialist areas, and will provide you with any training required. What is essential however is that you have gained excellent experience of Commercial Property transactions in your previous roles.
