My client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team in Dorset.
You enjoy working on a varied caseload of commercial property matters from the initial instruction until completion. This firm has a number of offices across the South West and this role is to be based within their Dorset office where there is small team. Due to the size of the team there is genuine prospects for career progression and to establish yourself as the "go to" person for commercial property clients in the area.
The firm are open minded about level so will consider any one from 2 PQE up to Associate / Senior Associate level so this role could suit someone who still needs some support and supervision right through to a commercial property solicitor who has gained a few years' experience in an autonomous commercial property role and feels confident advising a wide variety of clients with minimal supervision. Your experience and technical knowledge will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

The firm are open minded about level so you could be approaching qualification or they will also consider experienced commercial property lawyers. They will also consider applications from lawyers looking to work both full and part time.
