Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute have partnered with a market leading FinTech brand who are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis.

The company is innovative and forward thinking in its approach and you will have the opportunity to work in a outward facing and supportive team.  

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs, T+Cs and supplier agreements
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT/IP contracts (licensing agreements, SaaS, etc)
• General corporate/transactional work
• General company secretarial work

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified Solicitor experienced in corporate and / or commercial work. You should have an interest in the FinTech space and enjoy a broad variety of work.
