They allow you to set your own charge out rates, set your own marketing budget and treat their Partners as the senior individuals and adults they are.

Currently, they have a stand out Real Estate Partner relocating to the Bristol area, and this is someone you would join - he is a friendly and down to earth individual with an exceptional practice himself.

The work does not need to come with you though of course this would be of benefit - they will provide you with enough work in the meantime and back you 100% to build the practice locally and get clients on board.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner ideally, or an ambitious Senior Associate to join their new office in Bristol, Somerset.

Requirements

  • You will either be a Commercial Property Partner already or an ambitious Senior Associate in this area looking to achieve Partnership
  • You should be able to make a significant contribution to the team business development and marketing, you will need to be a real 'go-getter', but you will be rewarded commensurately - the firm is a true meritocracy.
