IP Solicitor
Our client is Specialist IP Multi Disciplinary Practice with a client list the envy of most law firms. The legal team services the IP practice as a whole and handles a range of mainly contentious matters including disputes relating to copyright, trade mark, confidential information, patent and design cases, as well as licensing and other IP-related matters. It seeks an additional Intellectual Property solicitor 2-3pqe for mainly contentious matters. Litigation experience, registry experience and experience of drafting infringement advice for clients is essential. Strong academics are essential, as well as experience from a recognised firm. Fabulous opportunity to veer away from a law firm environment into a focused IP practice.
