The Firm

They have a completely open-door policy with Partners seated throughout the open plan office with much more junior staff; this even applies to the CEO. You will find there is no hierarchy with even Paralegals being encouraged to share their thoughts. Just recently a Paralegal undertook a training session for a whole team including Partner, it is this collaborative approach which has seen them progress Solicitors to Partners in a record breaking time. Solicitors at a junior level here will work side-on-side with Partners giving them much greater levels of experience; this approach places their junior Lawyers ahead of the PQE scale compared to Solicitors at other firms. Even trainees get involved in business development and client events, they receive not just the skills to be technically strong but how to be a commercial Lawyer and develop business.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Construction Solicitor 3+ years PQE into their thriving and growing Bristol, Somerset office.

This will be a hands-on role where you will get very good exposure, the training and develop you will receive will put you ahead of your years of PQE.

This is an incredible chance to join a Legal 500 firm in a newly formed and growing team, based in their prestigious Bristol office.

You will report directly to the Partner and play an integral part in a variety of matters, with a focus on non-contentious construction work. There will also be opportunities to become involved in dispute resolution work.

Working with a wide range of private and public sector from clients across the UK on all types of construction and engineering projects, you are likely to be involved in large commercial and residential developments, infrastructure and energy projects.

This role comes with good prospects for the future.
